Communication360 Scorecard
Understand the effectiveness of your family's communication and start discussing ways to improve it. If you perform better at communicating, you will function better as a family.To assess and improve your family's communication effectiveness.
The Facilitator logs in, selects the Communication360 Scorecard from his or her Dashboard and invites the family members (Respondents) by providing their email addresses and names or nicknames. The Communication360 Scorecard requires a minimum of one respondent with no maximum limit.
Your respondents will each receive an email from Family and Business Learning with the subject “You are invited to complete the Communication360 Scorecard for {your survey name}” with a unique link to complete their own assessment.
The assessment takes under 15 minutes to complete, featuring 10 statements about your family communication. Rate each statement on a 1-5 scale, then reflect on a few open-ended questions to guide family discussions and action planning.
Once the assessment is closed, an Individual Feedback Report will be emailed to each respondent, showing the respondent's responses and how they compare to the rest of the family members who participated. A Facilitators Feedback Report (FFR) with the identity and responses of all respondents will be sent only to the Facilitator (the individual who initiated the assessment and invited the participants to the assessment). The Facilitator should organise a family meeting to discuss the feedback and plan future actions together with the family.
