Listening360 Scorecard
"The most basic of human needs is the need to understand and be understood. The best way to understand people is to listen to them." - Dr. Ralph G. Nichols This is an assessment for the individual to improve his or her listening skills.
The Facilitator logs in, selects the Listening360 Scorecard from his or her Dashboard and invites the Learner and his/her Assessors by providing their email addresses and names or nicknames. The Listening360 Scorecard requires a minimum of one Assessor with no maximum limit: at least 2 from your family, at least 2 from your professional circle and at least 2 who report to you. NOTE: These should be close family members and colleagues who you regularly interact with.
You and your invited assessors will each receive emails from Family and Business Learning with the subject “You are invited to complete the Listening360 Scorecard for {your survey name}” with a unique link to complete their own assessment.
The assessment takes under 15 minutes to complete, featuring 10 statements about the Learner's listening skills. Rate each statement on a 1-5 scale, then reflect on a few open-ended questions to guide the individual's development and action planning.
Once the assessment is closed, an Individual Feedback Report will be emailed to the Learner, showing his responses and how they compare to the rest of the Assessors who participated. A Facilitators Feedback Report (FFR) with the identity and responses of all respondents will be sent only to the Facilitator (the individual who initiated the assessment and invited the participants to the assessment). The Facilitator should organise a meeting with the Learner to discuss the feedback and plan future actions together.
